St Paul's College is a child-safe community. We take a zero-tolerance approach to child abuse and are fully committed to ensuring that our strategies, policies, procedures, and practices meet all Child Safety Standards as specified in Ministerial Order 1359.

Our Child Safety & Wellbeing Policy applies to all members of the St Paul's College community — including staff, volunteers, contractors, and families — and to all activities and environments connected to the College, including on-site, off-site, camps, excursions, sporting events, and online learning environments.

We are committed to:

• The cultural safety of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children
• The cultural safety of children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
• Providing a safe environment for students with disability

All staff are trained in child safety obligations, mandatory reporting, and the PROTECT Four Critical Actions.
