Our highly skilled multidisciplinary team includes:
- Qualified specialist teachers — All teachers are fully registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) and hold qualifications in Education and/or Special Education, with many having completed a Master of Education in Special Needs
- Full-time Learning Support Officers (LSOs) — Every classroom has dedicated LSOs providing immediate, individualised support throughout the day
- Allied Health professionals — Our on-site team includes a Speech Therapist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapists, Psychologist, and School Nurse
- Pastoral Care — Providing spiritual and emotional support to students and families
St Paul's has a generous staffing ratio of approximately 1 staff member for every 1.7 students. Each class averages just five students, supported by one Teacher and two Learning Support Officers.
This level of support far exceeds typical classroom ratios and reflects our commitment to nurturing every student's potential.
Our staff are committed to ongoing professional development in areas including Team Teach (a framework to reduce restrictive practices), Positive Behaviour Support, LAMP (Speech), Comprehensive Literacy, and First Aid/CPR.

All of us are unique, and this goes for the students at St Paul's. Once I'm in front of a class, what I've prepared, what I need to adapt — it keeps my mind active.
