The curriculum taught at St Paul's College is the Victorian Curriculum F–10, the mandated framework for Victorian schools. The Victorian Curriculum offers flexibility for teachers to tailor their teaching in ways that provide rigorous, relevant, and engaging learning and assessment opportunities for students with disability.

It incorporates Towards Foundation Levels A–D, which enables students with additional learning needs to engage with the curriculum, with the necessary adjustments to complexity and the means through which students demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and understanding.
