Transitions from School

Preparing your child for life beyond St Paul's
We know that the transition from school can feel daunting for families. At St Paul's, we begin preparing students early, building the skills and confidence they need for whatever comes next.
- Students participate in transition programs at the completion of each stage of their schooling
- Older students focus on maximising their vocational and life skills in preparation for post-school placements
- Our Senior School program emphasises work-related skills, personal development, and real-world experiences
- We are building pathways in collaboration with VMCH, including connections to Social Enterprise programs and Employment Pathways that provide real-world training and supported employment opportunities for people with disability
- Students who have completed Senior School have gone on to personalised, interest-based recreational programs supported through NDIS funding
We are committed to supporting your child's journey — not just through school, but into a meaningful and fulfilling life beyond it.
All of us are unique, and this goes for the students at St Paul's. Once I'm in front of a class, what I've prepared, what I need to adapt — it keeps my mind active.
