• Students participate in transition programs at the completion of each stage of their schooling
• Older students focus on maximising their vocational and life skills in preparation for post-school placements
• Our Senior School program emphasises work-related skills, personal development, and real-world experiences
• We are building pathways in collaboration with VMCH, including connections to Social Enterprise programs and Employment Pathways that provide real-world training and supported employment opportunities for people with disability
• Students who have completed Senior School have gone on to personalised, interest-based recreational programs supported through NDIS funding
